Instructions: Prepare Ingredients: If using fresh strawberries, wash and hull them. If using frozen strawberries, you can skip this step. Peel and slice the banana if it's fresh; if frozen, you can break it into chunks.
Blend: In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and milk. If you like your smoothie sweeter, add honey or maple syrup. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes.
Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed.
