Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice) 1 cup frozen strawberries
1 ripe banana, frozen in chunks 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions: Add all the ingredients to a blender in the order listed - almond milk, frozen strawberries, frozen banana chunks, Greek yogurt, and honey (if using).
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Scrape down the sides as needed.
If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again briefly. If it's too thin, add more frozen fruit.
Taste and adjust sweetness by adding a teaspoon of honey if desired. Blend again briefly to incorporate.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
