Power Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients: Base Ingredients: 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 medium banana (fresh or frozen) 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

Optional Add-ins: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for creaminess and protein) 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter (for healthy fats) 1/2 cup spinach or kale (for added greens)

1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (for fiber and omega-3s) 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (for sweetness, if desired) 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (for flavor)

Instructions: Combine Ingredients: In a blender, add the frozen blueberries, banana, and almond milk. If using, add any optional ingredients you like.

Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk to reach your desired consistency.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed by adding more honey or milk.

Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
