1/2 cup fresh herbs (such as cilantro, parsley, or basil), chopped Hot sauce (optional, for serving)
Instructions: Prepare the Dressing: In a large salad bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, diced jalapeño, and salt until well combined.
Add the Vegetables: Gently toss in the cubed avocados and diced cucumbers. Be careful not to overmix to keep the avocado pieces intact.
Add Fresh Herbs: Stir in the chopped fresh herbs, mixing gently to combine.
Serve: Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt or lime juice if needed. Serve immediately, optionally drizzling with hot sauce for an extra kick.
