Korean BBQ Soy Salad Dressing – Ready in Just 1 Minute!

Ingredients Soy Sauce – low-sodium Soy Sauce preferred. Can also use tamari for gluten-free. Provides the base flavors of the dressing.

Rice Vinegar – Rice Vinegar distilled from rice used in Asian cuisine. Can sub with distilled white vinegar. Sweetener - use your preferred sweetener. Onion - loosely chopped yellow or brown onion.

Red Pepper Flakes - standard red pepper flakes that add spiciness to the dressing. Gochujang - Korean style chili paste. A base flavor of the dressing. Toasted Sesame Oil – 100% Toasted Sesame Oil that should have a dark brown color.

Toasted Sesame Seeds - Toasted Sesame Seeds. Adds texture to the dressing.

Directions Step 1 Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sweetener, loosely chopped onions, red pepper flakes, Korean chili paste (gochujang), toasted sesame oil, and toasted sesame seeds in a food processor. 

Blend for 10-15 seconds until the onions are well incorporated into the sauce.
