Jiffy Cornbread with Sour Cream

You can change out the sour cream and use plain nonfat Greek Yogurt instead.

It is easy to double the recipe and make 2 baking pans of cornbread.

This recipe can easily be adapted to make cornbread muffins! Just bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes

Make sure to follow the instructions below for making this moist corn bread with sour cream! You do not want to follow the directions on the Jiffy Cornbread Mix box.

To make cheesy cornbread just add in 1/2 cup to a cup of cheddar cheese while mixing all the ingredients.

To add a bit of spice you can add in diced jalapenos. 

Store in an airtight container at room temperature.  You can also make this into a slow cooker cornbread.
