Easy 5 Minute Banana Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 banana 1/2 orange, peeled and quartered 1/3 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup water or milk (dairy or non-dairy) 1-2 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions: Roughly chop the banana and orange quarters and add to a blender.

Add the yogurt and water (or milk).

Blend on high until creamy and smooth.

Taste and adjust with honey if needed.

Tips: Use a ripe banana for best flavor.

For an icy cold smoothie, use frozen banana slices or add a handful of ice. Customize with other fruits like strawberries, mango, pineapple or berries.
