Ingredients: 6 cups mixed greens (such as arugula, spinach, or romaine) 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced 1/2 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese 1/4 cup toasted pecans or walnuts 2 tbsp balsamic reduction or glaze
For the Dressing: 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp honey (optional) Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: Make the balsamic dressing by whisking together the vinegar, olive oil, mustard, honey (if using), salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced strawberries, crumbled cheese, and toasted nuts.
Drizzle the balsamic dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
Finish by drizzling the balsamic reduction or glaze over the top of the salad.
Serve immediately.
