2-Ingredient Fudge Cookies: The Easiest Recipe You’ll Ever Make

Ingredients: 1 cup of chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella) 1 large egg

Instructions: Preheat Your Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.

Mix the Ingredients: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the chocolate hazelnut spread and the egg. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully combined. The dough will be thick and glossy.

Shape the Cookies: Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Place each ball on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie. Gently flatten the balls with your fingers or the back of a spoon to form cookie shapes.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cookies are set and slightly cracked on top. They will be soft when they come out of the oven but will firm up as they cool.

Cool and Enjoy: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, the cookies will have a chewy, fudgy texture that’s irresistible.

Add-Ins: While these cookies are perfect as-is, you can customize them with your favorite add-ins. Try mixing in chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking.
